which gromet?

if its the one, so u can run a wire from the engine bay in to the car. its just behind the carpet,behind the glovebox.

is this for your H/U? as i said on sunday you dont need to do it that way.

but if you want to then yes it is easy to do.

get a long thin scewdriver and push it though the gromet. be carefull as other wires go though the same gromet. the scewdriver need to be long, as it need to go though the soundproofing too.

once you have made the hole, tape the wire to the end of the scewdriver and push it though...easy..

Cheers Martin I am going to do it both ways just to see if there is any different ( put my own mind at rest ) I have got a 20 amp fuse and 27 amp wire will this be up to the job?

For what mate an amp??
I used to have a 150watt amp and that had a 30watt fuse in it so i seriously doubt that, Get the best cable you can in there then if you want to upgrade ICE etc later on the wiring is already there, i used 4 gauge wire,
This powers my 1100watt amp and you saw what ran off that on sunday, also the fuse should be the same as whats in the amp or if you have more than one equal to the two

spome of the alpines ask for wires direct from battery dont they? but i always just connected mine to wired behind iso connector and worked fine!
