On many Fiats (500, Panda, Punto, etc.) there isn’t a separate, user‑replaceable “starter relay” in the fuse box. The starter is controlled by the BCM or ignition module, which has an internal driver/relay that energizes the starter solenoid.
If the starter won’t crank, check: battery condition and connections, grounds, ignition switch, related fuses, and scan with diagnostics. There isn’t a simple “pull‑out starter relay” on these models, that logic is built into the control module.

With a new battery and starter, the most common cause of no-crank is ground or main power connection.
Step 1: Check all grounds
Battery negative → chassis → engine
Engine → starter body
Clean, tighten, remove corrosion.
Step 2: Check main starter fuse and thick battery cable to starter
Step 3: Measure voltage at starter solenoid trigger wire while pressing START
Full battery voltage should appear. If not, suspect ignition switch or BCM.
Step 4: If voltage is OK, check for high-resistance cables or loose connections.
Even a slightly high-resistance ground or connection can stop the starter from turning.
Once grounds and cables are solid, the starter should crank reliably.

Starters dont have relays. They have a solenoid which is similar but much neavier and its on the starter motor. Sometimes giving the solenoid a sharp tap will get it going. i used to carry a length of steel pipe when I had an old Renault 5. It worked for years until the starter failed completely. If its faulty the starter motor will need stripping and reconditioning. It sounds as if the starter has packed up but you may be lucky and find its a poor connection. Take the wires off the starter and clean them and the terminals. Make sure you take a photo so you know what went where. Disconnect the battery first. I agree with Mike 1alike that you should check the earth from the gear box to the chassis / body first. Look under the battery tray. These earths deteriorate. Plastic covered cables seem much worse for corrosion than the copper braid but they dont last forever. Take care not to break the bolt on the geabox end or indeed the geabox casing when removing that end. It may pay to cut that bolt off rather than trying to undo it. You may possibly have a failed ignition switch also. Best advice is get it properly diagnosed before throwing parts / moneyat it or you could waste a lot of both and time.

It has brand new battery and brand new starter and still dont crank or start

Starters have starter relays usually in fuse box under hood just not sure which one

please help the ..........he is in distress by the sounds of things.......

you know of elearn on here ?

it will not doubt show you all you need to know about the starter motor, how its controlled and wired etc. and have a fault finding section. It may be difficult to find initially but when you use elearn, its gets easier every time to navigate etc..

Its printer friendly too.

as suggested, did you do some basic electrical tests ?

I assume you have a digital multi meter and how to use it ?

even a cheapo one will help and pay for its self the first time you use it.

it will come with instructions, its not rocket science dude......

by the way, a PLEASE and a THANK YOU will work wonders i feel...

Sorry I was wondering why it still will not start it has a new battery and new starter and still won't start it worked good until the really cold weather hit so I asking if any one know why it still won't start can you please let me know please and ty

Does anyone know which relay or fuse that would cause 2015 fiat 500l not to crank over or start please let me know ty

So it has been working and starting the car, for how long please, but now, since it's got cold, how cold, the starter motor refuses to work at all ? Correct ?

Take us thru events when you get to car in the morning. You take your keys from your pocket and approach the car, then.................

Yes the car was working fine and normal until the really cold weather hit then that was when issues started so put a new battery in and still nothing so put a new starter in too and still nothing so thinking it might be a relay causing won't crank or start but not sure and if it is not sure which one it would be

I'm thinking you are saying it's not cranking on starter?
There is a crank inhibitor system to stop cranking unless in p or n
If inhibitor system not working correctly that can cause crank problems.
You need a mechanic that can connect scan tool to "see" what the ecu "sees" the gear shifter position to be and go from there.

When put tech on it nothing came up I just thinking now the it could be the crankshaft position sensor
