Most places refuse to sell you 15s for a Cinq (well they wouldnt when i wanted them).. the best thing to do is decide for yourself what will fit, then lie about the car you are buying them for, or get them to sell them without guarenteed fitting.
I brought some over the phone, the company scrawled all across my paperwork that no refund would be available if they did not fit, and then we fitted them just fine with some v small spacers.
I didn't have any arch work done to my Cinq at all for the 15s - there was a small amount of srcubbing when you went at speed over dips in the road, but nothing major.
I know this isnt very technical advice - its more to say that if you want them, force someone to let you have them then fit them yourself!! As already said, a lot of companies are too scared to sell them!!
