daft question i think...

do i need spacers for 5.5 x 14 wheels? and do you know whats the biggest tyre size i can have without making the speedo go ing funny.

Spacers depend on the offset of the wheel you're looking at buying.

195/45-15's are the biggest you can comfortably fit without major work, but they may well catch on full lock and at the rear under load.

i got 5.5x14's on with 175/50 tyres... and under load they are only about 2cm bigger than the 13's with 165/55 tyres, resultin in mininum speedo error!
