General Wheel Trim advice for complete novice

Hi,

Sorry about the basic element of this post. Long time driver but never had to do any maintenance. I have invested in a Grande Punto however have no instruction manual for it, i want to change the wheel trims as they are a bit scraped and damaged. Looking at they tyres i can see the 4 nuts which hold the trim on. Are these actually the wheel nuts? If so does that mean i'm going to have to jack the car to change the trims?

Sorry if that sounds stupid.
