I can still spin the wheels with ASR on in my Bravo. It limits wheelspin - it doesn't stop it.

Totally agree. I've only ever had the wheels spin up when I've wanted them to (just for giggles) or when the road has been a bit more slippery than I had expected, and even then it's just a tiny bit of spin as I ease off the throttle to stop it. It makes me laugh when you hear people driving through town or parking with the revs sky high!
An old flatmate of mine wondered how drivers didn't crash, she said "How do you stop the car from just going really really fast?" :bang:
Yeah a lot of people just have no feel for the controls of a car. I did about 15 hours of flying lessons before I even had my drivers licence and I was always taught that inputs into the controls of anything whether it be a light plane or even a car, should be more of a pressure than a movement if that makes sense. So rather than pushing your foot down 2 inches you put a certain amount of pressure on the pedal and same with the steering.
I knew a girl once who couldn't get used to driving as she said she couldn't work out how far to turn the wheel to make the car turn a corner. :bang:
