My stupid lack of trust in blokes.. although the blokes I'm talking about are completes to$$ers :(

Oh and waiting for someone to email me back even though I know he wont.. :(

people who drive at half of the speed limit for no reason at all and also keep braking showing they are either int he wrong gear or not paying full attention to the road ahead. had one woman in a car in front of me who despite me and the paramedic leaning on our horns didn't realise he was trying to come past her because she was talking to her kids:bang:

:worship: I totally agree!

There are 6.7 billion people on the planet. Roughly 3.4 billion of them are blokes. There are probably one billion of these in a reasonably acceptable age category.

Only about 100 million of these will be gay. That leaves 900 million. A third of these must be reasonably attractive, which is 300 million. Even if two thirds of these are married, that leaves 100 million eligible blokes out there.

Which is one third the total number of people in the world at the time of Christ. So there must be somebody decent if you keep looking.

Or is there some other problem?

your missing the really obvious one. you find someone who appears perfect then discover theyre a nuttter or not intereted

Went out to fit battery to cinq (moving it later away from this scumbag filled ****hole estate ) to find someone has decided the mirrors on the landy needed to be moved :bang:(n)

Really really getting annoyed with the A holes round here.

Nobody's perfect (except me :p) so compromise is required.

Or a good book and a bottle of wine, and a few good friends. All this one-to-one can be a real drag. I've got a good friend who is now being stalked by a girl he thought he's broken up with. She won't hear the 'please, no more' message.

Sorry Lozzie.
You are obviously upset and internalising it all. Now is not the time to be thinking about anything sensible. Just meet up with your friends and remember there's a whole lot more to life than pretending one person can give you all you want. Don't be needy.
Be angry. And move on...and learn to be self sufficient. Don't, whatever you do, believe that you can only be happy if you are half of a twosome. Be strong and independent, then you can be close to somebody on your own terms, one day, in the future. Relationships so often only lead to heartache anyway, which is why when you are older you'll appreciate solitude so much. The vast majority of my friends, of both sexes, live alone, and are very content that way.
Possibly the women feel the need for a bloke more than the blokes feel the need for a woman, but that's microwaves and washing machines for you; they have liberated men.
Get a job you love and a group of good friends and you are away.

Thanks Ulpian .. :)

Got a job that I like (as far as work goes) and got good friends.. but I just made the stupid mistake of looking through some facebook pics and now I think I'm going to go to a corner, curl up and die :(

We've all been there.
It's like toothache; the vilest thing possible. Then, when it's gone, we move on and forget it.
You'll move on...;)
