Chavette mother shouting and swearing at me because i refused to pierce her chavette daughter cause she was too young. Then proceeded to call me names when leaving and thrown a tub of tomato soup at the window.

had the same thing happen to me... i wouldn't serve this chavette girl who came into the shop wanting fags.. (she was 15). she her mother came storming in and starting swearing all sorts.... after explaining to her that she was too young she stormed out the shop knocking stuff over on the way...

you should have recoreded her name first
then you could have reported her to child services or at least get her to pay for window cleaning

We barred a lad from coming in as he was throwing snowballs into the shop at my staff and the cheeky git tried to come in on friday night. I sharp told him where to go!

been decorating the xmas tree today and that led to two things making me grumpy
1, missing my cats, as they love the whole decorating the tree thing
2, Our 21month old Daughter running off with the various baulbles that id spent two hours carefully placing on the tree arggggh!!!

The council are resurfacing the road I had my accident on later this month............six weeks too late for me However I think all the recent smashes on that stretch may have something to do with it, it's a deathtrap!
