Filled up with cheapo supermarket water, drove home with OK temps so I'm hoping for the best, though half what I added had gone after half an hour and the cap was hissing.
Russ, before filling up tell them what happened and see if they will still take a signature. Also afaik a lot of ATMs still use the mag strip.

got addicted to watching the news an missed most of family guy
3 DAYS filling and sanding this alloy... Just this one alloy is taking a long time to refurbish... The damage was deep - around the Whole rim... my fingers are bleeding again from all this work....
Hopefully it will be ready for primer today
Just taking a 20 mins break to stop the bleeding otherwise the primer may not stick

It's decided to start raining, weather forecast was Sunny to day - no cloud.

Fires down the road, police helicopters over head, sirens everywhere, all the roads closed, run out of paint and need to buy some more to finish the alloys - but of course I can't because of these selfish rioters, meaning roads are closed and so too are the shops!

Speedo cable
Rear brake lines
Exhaust blowing (bend before the back box)
Now the HG has gone too :bang:
Should I let it cool all the way off, drop all the remaining water out and crank it until it starts, then stop it, so the cylinders haven't got water sitting in them? (Until it gets fixed)

Before christmas the vet said the other cat would be dead within a couple of months due to cancer, so that's something to not be grumpy about
