Sorry to hear that mate, Hope your mums ok.
At least it should be easy to track down the driver.
Alan
Thanks...shes fine now, was a little shaken by it all.
Phoned the Police who came round, took the details, said they would get the details of the person, said if my mum wanted to they would arrest them, but she didn't want to deal with court etc. So they said they'll give UPS and him a bollocking (maybe not put like that).
Mum is going to give a formal complaint to UPS, hopefully they'll be sacked, would be very surprised if they aren't! If I attacked someone at work I know I would be.
Apparently it started when I tried to run him over...which is news to me.
Just remember he knows where u live![]()
Hmm if he does return then just make sure u hit him properly this timelol...we did think that, although if he does come back it would be pretty stupid. Sisters have been told not to answer the door, and mum is looking before she opens it.
Plus we have a Police station less than a mile away from us.
One time it would be useful to have a ToyotaHmm if he does return then just make sure u hit him properly this time![]()
The whole drivers side headlight cluster on my car has stopped working, my indicators flickering fast as hell which is really annoying when trying to indicate and now i have to drive cyclops in the dark which is both sat and sunday night after work and i cant get it sorted until monday! :bang:
Yeah im gonna check all connections and earth and everything tomorrow and if i cant fix it then im gonna have to get a lift to work and backhave you checked it's not just a loose connection?
I wouldn't drive with no lights on the drivers side, If the Police stop you, you are driving an unsafe car. at the very least tie a torch to the drivers side, purely to mark out that you're not a motorbike, and where the edge of the car is. But still that's more of a 'get me home fix'.
You could always commit a crime in The Smoke and see it all for real.what am i ment to watch now the bills gone![]()
If you attempted to run him over, why didn't he just phone the Police?Thanks...shes fine now, was a little shaken by it all.

MOT Failed
Failures:
Rear jacking points have succumbed to the infamous tin-worm
Front floor next to sills also succumbed to the infamous tin worm
CV boot knackered
NS dipped-beam not working (ironically, one thing I did check last night, all working lol) (got a bulb somewhere I think lol)
1st quote: ~£200 all of the above
2nd quote: Monday...
2 advisories:
Hand brake only just passed (shouldn't be too difficult to sort)
Rear OS tyre close to legal limit (won't be too expensive to get a half decent tyre)
On the plus side, emissions were absolutely fantastic lol
