What's made you grumpy today?

Took my car into the main dealers on Wednesday, late morning, for its annual service and checking of a continuing coolant leak.

It was booked for Wednesday, late morning.

The lady behind the counter thought that I might have left it a bit late to get all the work done by 5 pm, but I said 'worry not, I am away all day Thursday, I'll collect it Friday late morning'

She agreed that was splendid idea and arranged to phone me on Thursday if there were any problems.

No phone call on Thursday.

Went all the way to snowy EK to collect the car this late morning to be told by the bitch behind the counter, that they hadn't even started the jobs yet.

I asked why she hadn't phoned me as I regarded this as a problem.
She couldn't answer.
I asked her to show me the job sheet on the screen (I know which system they use and I knew I could find out what time she had booked the collection for).
Strangely the effwit seemed to have 'forgotten' how to do that, although that is how you book a car back out.

Silly moo just sat there saying 'Its not my fault, you'll need to rebook it'

After a 'chat' with the workshop manager I guess she'll be at the Job Centre Monday morn.

Serves the old trout right.

Me, I get a free service.

The generous soul in the white van passing me (opposite direction) who decided to give me the latest fashion statement

Namely a stone chip on the driver's side of my windscreen, this delicate adornment being the size of a pound coin :bang:

Yep you guessed it, the blighter is too big to be repaired, so 1 delightful bill for the excess coming up £65 and they cannot do the repair until the 26th - ain't autoglass busy ?

I've just about had enough now..

Ever since MAy (some of you will know what happened to me) I wake up in the morning not knowing whether or not my right eye is going to work or not. This morning I wake upo and the ****ing thing won't even open, and I have no doubt when it does I'll not be able to sse properly.

On top of that, minor brain damage has caused my short term memory, mental arithmetic & spelling to be affected, which is mildly frustrating to say the least.

And lastly the right hand side of my face is permanatly numb, feeling cold all the time

All because of a bunch of tossers who had nothing better to de.
