Did you do a DIY spray ?. If so it sounds like you didn't use enough primer + main coat and laquer. I made the same mistake on mine. Should have done with lots more.

Yes it was because of this. I should have said
Reporting to VOSA is a ball ache - I was going to do it when a local garage dented my inner wheel arches on the search for rust which didn't exist
VOSA said take it to another MOT station pay for a full MOT and engineer report of the damage done (would have cost me MOT + hour of labour) then VOSA could investigate and claim back my expenses :bang::bang:as for damage to wheels - if the paint is chipped in the recess then it's fair game - if it's accross the face of the alloy - they are a bunch of tits and need a severe talking to / take your custom else where next time.

And difference noted. But the amount of Marist Brothers in particular that have been charged over the last 2-3 years is shocking, at one school, there were 5 of them that have gone down for offences. No punishment is going to be enough for him, regardless of what he gets....
