Doctors have said my nan is "very very ill" and that she will be in hospital for a long time yet.She's on a ward they nicknamed "Death Row" so only means one thing.

Haha! I am just getting used to cleats. Using SPD-SL's and keep unclipping on one side, then falling over the other way! D'Oh
