What's made you grumpy today?

Cant sleep start work at 8.45 and not slept since midday Tuesday...not tired at the moment...but will be grumpy as hell at work.

going to see Harry Potter tonight, despite not really wanting to, but it'll be the last chance to spend some time with my mum before she moves to Kos permanently

got the bill through for the recovery I had in March when I smashed my rear end up - £195 There goes my stereo money I was saving up.....

First day back at work after the long weekend in Ireland. Met a load of family I never knew I had, and generally just enjoyed the way of life and the relaxed mentality of the people over there.

Just the drive to work this morning reminded me of how much I hate London!

van at the roundabout sat still to the right of me waiting to get out.... he had no indicator on at all... so we both set of at the same time.. me with indicator on to turn right.. and he came straight towards me!!

and then a woman in a battered old fiesta a few roundabouts later decided she would go straight from the middle lane to the inside lane about 2 inches from the front of my car... thus to a blast of my horn and she gave me the finger ... so i smoked her :devil:

5% of disk space on the server when I went home... less than 2% when I came in this morning as someone downloaded 260 pictures all over 3mb onto the server:bang::bang:

the pictures were ****e and i deleted them all straight away.

this also means last nights backup would be used up by those pictures and that (as the system is **** atm) would nudge some other stuff off the radar

some people just baffle me :dead:

I agree 100% - My old Mk2 sporting was like a Go-Kart. Anyone who drove it commented on how nice the steering was.

The server if its windows based needs 15% free space minimum to work properly. It will be pig slow and it will only get worse. Unless that part is seperate to the working drive it should be hopefully.

Why would you download non-work related pictures onto the server? I always save pictures of Lolita to my local hard drive :devil:
Also I'm surprised it's not configured to limit the mailbox size, I think we get about 40mb and that's more than enough!

we get 250mb at work...

my spam/ funny stuff folder has 150mb in it lol and is cleared out once a month!

Jesus Josh, your taking after me! Yesterday was hell for anyone who got in my way, didn't toot the horn at all, but a foul mood ment alot of swearing at the smallest of things

Thats nothing we have client with an offline backup facility (which backs up files over the internet to a remote server). Someone loaded 8.0Gb's of personal pictures from his Nikon D60 and DVD into his My Documents (which is backed up offsite).

So of course occupied the backup for an entire week meaning nothing important got backed up. Luckily I noticed from the logs and told him he's a biff. Told him if he carries on he's getting a 250mb quota
