Hi i've got a small oil leak on my 1.1 Seicento it's oily below the rocker cover along the entire length. Could it be a loose rocker cover or is it a head gasket issue? I'm not much of a mechanic so I could be in the wrong area completely any help would be much appreciated.

I've attached a photo which I took after I cleaned up some of the oil.

cheers

Cam cover gasket. Will probably still leak with a new one.

Easy to change. Just 4 6mm bolts hold it down.

I've changed my rocker cover gasket because it was leaking like yours is, and it still leaks to this day its a cento thing. As mentioned its really easy to change I have changed it 6 times in the time i've owned my Seicento (3 Years) my next call is to try a different rocker cover.

Just keep an eye on the oil level.

they can be made to not leak... found in past that just using sealant on the corners of the lumpy bits for the cam on either end and not over torquing them and they will not leak.. That said alot of my cento's have leaked here and its not really bothered me. Its just self-applicating rust preventing ;)
