Try searching about, see what you like yourself - half the fun is in the hunt 
You'll be looking for a 4x98 bolt pattern (or 4x100 on wobbly bolts). From 13 to 15 inch (although 15s will probably need arch mods). Width from 5 to 7 or 8" (although again, these might need arch mods in order to not stick out/rub). Then its just a matter of whether the offset will match. Look for wheels from Fiat, Alfa and Lancia as all these are 4x98. Many aftermarket ones out there as well. Good luck
As to painting wheels, I suspect loads of places can do these. A simple google search should do.

Not black, white!
Can't tell you what wheels to get.
Paingting:
You can get them powder coated (very expensive), very durable
You can get them blasted and painted in 2 pack, cheaper, lasts well
You can paint them with an aerosol. Results here depend very much on preparation. This won't last as well, but can easily be retouched with a brush, allowed to dry well, and wet or dryed and t cut back to be seamless.
No covering has yet been invented which will withstand kerbing.

Yep. It is a proven fact that Imola Blue Cinqs look best with white wheels. I have two.......... (Imola Blue Cinqs with white wheels, that is............

Those ones are Compomotive MOs, 14", 6J, et 35, etc.
Compomotive sell direct to the public: just Google for them. I think the best tyres for them are 195/45/14 Uniroyal Rainsports, although Falkens run them fairly close.

fingers where u get that fiat badge ? is it the elusive abarth badge i have read about ?
The one on the Turbo car (the one on top) is an Abarth badge. You can get them on eBay -- just enter Abarth. They're not very expensive at all.
AFAIK, the Fiat badge is the same as fitted to a Sei -- they're not very cheap, but available from your local Fiat dealer , or Fluffy.

For Abarth badges, why not go to www.abarthbadges.co.uk that's where the ones on Fingers Imola Turbo came from.

PS as said NEVER put black wheel son a blue car looks IMO crap. Black/dark wheels only work on yellow or white cars. Look to nature, black and red, like lady birds a warning to other creatures do not eat me cos I will poison you, black and blue = bruising so subconsciously says damaged.

On current colours I'm either a Chelsea, Birmingham City or Everton fan. Strangely, I've lived in all 3 places and supported 2 of the clubs..........
i guess u aint supported everton tho what a hole ! lol
