In fact just give them a ring and ask their advice. Years ago, when I was thinking of buying my copy of Multiecuscan, I did just that and a chap called Grant talked to me. Gave me a lot of info without being at all pushy and, after several calls, over a number of days, I bought one of their MES kits. Never regretted it and am still in regular contact with him swapping experiences and jokes etc. Even if you don't buy anything from them they are very useful people to consult and I've never felt pressured by them into making a purchase.
