The 16" steels of an Active will fit perfectly, and go in the spare wheel well, after you remove the plastic insert. Anything wider will not allow the boot carpet to sit down properly.

Yeh the spare in mine is thinner than my usual wheels but it does have the spare wheel kit inside it. I would be surprised if any standard Fiat wheel wouldn't fit

A Google for a 16" spare wheel with 4x98 stud patterns and 58.1 centre bore would bring a fair few up I can imagine. It's Fiats Standard size so there will be thousands.

Yeh 4x98 wi 58.1 centre bore. Is what nearly all fiats use, including the new 500's etc. the only exceptions I know is the fist 500 Abarth, which has a centre bore of 58mm bang on. And the grande Punto, which use a 4x100 stud but that's because the grande Punto is basically a Vauxhall Corsa with a fiat shell.
