Complain to who ever runs the course if they're unacceptable as lecturers have to be more accountable nowadays. I know what you mean about incomprehensible lecturers though. I once had an Egyptian physics lecturer who was used to talk about lows all the time - it took us a while to figure out he was talking about laws.
