so it's not just me. pm sent

ta, as said on email having heard it on the video it's not really audible, what sounds like one or two changes is actually 8 or 9 when it's better quality, hopefully it comes across clearer

of course maybe it's just me hearing it

Seriously though, Freddie Mercury, widely regarded and acknowledged as the greatest male vocalist of all time, possesor of one of the finest falsettos the world has ever heard has just had it written off as hysterical and OTT? I didn't dream i read that, did i? :p

There's nothing as entertaining as upsetting a Queen fan ;)

I stand by what I said tho, Freddie was a showman, and yes he was good but certainly not the greatest male vocalist of all time. And Somebody to Love isn't even one of their best tracks. So yes you did read it :)

he certainly was, the music industry (current and past artists, producers, execs) and music experts in general agree.

everyones entitled to their opinion though, im not one who tallies with popular opinion but in this case, i agree with the poular opinion.

who's your vote for the greatest male vocalist of all time?

industry schmindustry (yeah, yeah mature answer I know :D )

My vote? feck, now you're asking. I'd probably have to nominate someone like Louis Armstrong or Sam Cooke. Both of them had great voices IMO. Can we agree to disagree on this. I can't afford to argue this with you into the wee small hours like last night - I have an early start tomorrow :)

As far as I know her mum is still campaigning for justice. It just goes to show if you have money you can get away with manslaughter

Yeah, I watched the documentary about her death and the way her family's coped since. It's crazy the way the world works or indeed doesn't work sometimes.
