I want to remove the cylinder head on the Stilo to replace the valves on one cylinder (subject of a previous thread). I found that a 55 Torx was a bit too small so I bought a size 60 and found that was too big! Can anyone confirm the head bolts do indeed have Torx heads (the edges some more squared to me) and if so what size are they?

I think I've answered my own question courtesy of eBay- they're M13 Ribe profile bolt heads. I haven't heard of that one before!
Ribe - a Fiat speciality. A kit of ribe sockets can be found on ebay.
