what size bolts?? help please!

One out of the two bolts that connect the exhaust centre pipe to the manicat has come off while driving i have tried to fine replacements but have failed any ideas on size so i can get a generic nut and bolt.

Are they shouldered bolts with a spring or just a straight bolt ?

It would help if we knew what car it was but the norm is M8.
