what mk is my punto?

I have got a T (99) reg 1.2 16v punto sporting and I have no idea if its a mk1 or 2? Also do all sportings have a 6 speed gearbox? Just mine only has a 5?

Yours is a mk1.

Mk2 16v sportings have either a 6 speed gear box or a 7 speed cvt auto box.
I have no idea what the mk1s had
