Technical What is this?

I was putting coilovers on my 2016 Fita 500x Trekking AWD and ran into a problems on the rear. To get the bracket off i first need to remove this but the bolts/nuts are rusted and I need to figure out what this is if I accidentally break it while taking it out. No amount of google searching is helping. Located in the right rear wheel well.

Only guessing, but as it is at the back , do you think it is connected to the fuel tank/breather control system?
Can you follow the pipes to see if they go to the fuel tank area?
