General What is this plastic part called ?

Hello everyone ,
Does anyone know what is this part called so i can try and get a new one since mine has the rubber cracked and water gets under it .
Doesn't seem hard to replace just remove the wiper arms and some screws .

In the UK it's known as a scuttle panel. Some European sites call it a smoke deflector.

They are different depending on whether the car is left or right drive. Diagram below is for left drive (GSX), part number 735486283

That is a left-handed wiggly red line Marik.

Possibly the wiper arm spindles are in different places for RHD and LHD.
