Technical what is this part called

I have a fiat ducato 1.9TD 1996. I think ineed a new part for my van but don't know what it is called in long cylinder looking that sits on the highest point of the engine. I think I have managed to upload a pic of another engine and marked it accordingly. TIA

looks like a charge cooler or intercooler not sure on your particular engine though hope that helps Cheers Adam
