General What is the correct MAF reading?

Hi all,
I own a Fiat ducato motorhome, bessacarr E560 2009. It has the 2.3 diesel installed.
I was testing a new scan tool on it this morning with the engine running and noticed that the MAF air flow was around 18 grammes, which seems high.
I am not suffering any engine issues.
Does anyone know what the flow should be at tick over?
