What car will....

Got a call this morning.. thought who the F**K is ringing me at 9am! picked up my phone and said "what?!".. to my suprise it was the garage that my Sierra had been in for the past month or so....

So I go pick it up and I sit in the drivers seat (never even drove this Sierra before) and I'm like hmmm.. nice sound out the exhaust and the cool thing is that you can see the boost guage going mad everytime you rev it.

Anyway so off I set thinking okay this is gonna be fast.. so I head towards the motorway and I put my foot down on the sliproad going onto it and to my disbelief I'm doing 125mph before I even reach the end of the damn sliproad!.. I quickly move into the fast lane undertaking and getting strange looks from everyone but keep the power on... 155mph and still accelerating... Soon my mate notices that it's in the redline (in 5th gear) doing 170mph so I decide to stop there! damn.. could really do with a 6th Gear.

So what car will do 170mph+ for under £500?

My 2.8 XR4x4 Turbo Sierra. Oh gawd! Fast is an understatement!

Fair play bud. Thats why I bought my Jaguar XJR-S 6.0! 0-60 in 5.5 and 194 top speed for £4,500. But I think you may have the bargain to beat that except that its a Dorf. As long as everything else is in tune with the engine you are ok. My Jag was set up for the track and didn't cope too well with shite roads and frightened the hell out of me!

My sierra is a 2.8 but I suppose it's a Turbo.. does 0-60 in around 5.0-5.5! 13 Miles to the Gallon really hurts my back pocket though!!! at least I'm insured on it though! hehe..

I have something called 4WD. That means the car moves faster than the bullets from your stupid james bond style guns lol. Trust me. Fast is an understatement for this car.

Ps. Your HGT running @ 155Bhp would not stand a chance.

300Bhp 4 permanent wheel drive.. compared to 155Bhp 2 front wheel drive. lol.

I've tried OVER and OVER again to wheelspin this Sierra, it's having bloody none of it! lol. Time to take it out in the wet.

Yeh Martin. Bodywork is 9½/10 and interior is 10/10.

Lovely car, just don't like the 12mpg.

then the car will look good and have good mpg too.

haha.. I've only done 100 mile in it since yesterday and it's burnt about £35 worth of unleaded.
