I've just looked at the Top Gear survey results. The highest rated Citroen was the Berlingo at 90. No showing for the Doblo I'm afraid, but I wonder how it would have fared if anyone had asked?

Well the doblo ranked 0 higher than everything else!

i don't need some poxy survey to try tell me i should'nt like my car.

The doblo is the best use of metal on the road end of.

Yeah, Top Gear.
Sat through the 'here's what will be coming up over the next six weeks' summary.
For anyone that has it on tape you can play the game I played while watching it on Sunday.

Watch the segment and repeat after me...
Sports car, Sports car, Sports car, Sports car, Sports car, SUPER car, Sports car, Sports car, Sports car, SUPPER car, SUPER car, Sports car, Sports car, DESTROY CARAVAN, Sports car, Sports car, Sports car, - Ad nauseum:bang: .

:worship:Knowing that two of these all round good guys came back from the Isle of Man, after testing an Aston, a BMW and a Porsche, and then went out and casually purchased a Porsche 911 & a Boxter had me ready to grab my cheque book and run down to the local Porsche dealer myself... NOT!
Of course, as licence payers we actually PAID for there extra special 120mph test drives...
Wonder if BBC Scotland & my local Alfa dealer can arrange a special test drive for me around the Italian Alps a la The Italian Job?

In the mean time I'll save my pennies for my auxiliary heater for my jtd - to save me sitting in the car at -3c as I did this morning

The doblo wasnt probably in the survey due to the survey being of cars of a certain year. If the doblo wasnt made then it wont be in :) Not sure what year it was this year

EDIT - It was 02-04 so it should be in

Hmmmm interesting :chin:

Given that people have to report on them to get into the survey, perhaps we were too busy enjoying them to worry about ego-tripping how good ort bad they are.
'Cos WE know they're good!!

Yes, isn't it so annoying that the people who review cars favour, and slaver over, those low slung sporty efforts that:

1. No normal people could afford
2. No normal person would want
3. Any normal person would consider uncool to be seen in (dead/alive)
4. Has boot space for no more than the obligatory golf bag
5. Make the driver look like a prick
6. Go ohhh sooo fast they have to be artificially limited.......yawn
7. You have to be competent at limbo dancing to get sat in

Oops....I'm beginning to sound like an impoverished grumpy (but cool) old man who plays golf, dislikes limbo dancing and is unwilling to be artificially limited.

What we're talking about here is lack of response. I'm not sure there are enough Doblo drivers out there to target for an opinion - and if no one bothers to respond......

For what it's worth, if could've been arsed to send in a comment it would have been positive on the model - not too sure about the dealars though. I'll let you know after Tuesday when they've had a look at my gearbox problems.

I like Top gear..

So do I, but I also like Star Trek, Good SF novels and Tolkein. They bear as much resemblancce to real life as Top Gear does. Hmmm I know, I'll drive a 250,000GBP sports car on a beach, doesn't matter about the damage a little salt water will do I'm giving it back tomorrow.:D
