Technical Water leak near the thermostat

I've changed the thermostat gasket and noticed this weird water leak:

it only leak like 2-3 water drops after I turn off the engine.
I didn't see that leak until I changed the gasket.
where is the water coming from? as I can see, that hole is leading nowhere and closed from inside.

Hi,
I suspect it is the TOP edge of the new gasket weeping a little,
running down the edge of the cast metal AND collection where you see the drip,

because the engine is tilted forward it runs forward..AWAY from the thermostat housing,

Youre also missing the rubber cover for the clutch inspection hole! If anything drops in there then at means sperating the engine and box to get it out!

Nobody has that part around here.
part number would be great if you know it, also couldn't find any on ebay.

Believe they are the same on most fiats from the nineties so might be worth looking on other fiats in the scrappys.
