General Water at the bottom of wheel spare!

Recently my car smelled like musk damp, I looked at the back the smell was getting worse, I have found that my wheel spare is floating in water a lot!
I have investigated the aerial rubber seal, which is ok, the boot door seal is ok, and the rear water jet is not leaking, till found that my rear lamp has two rubber caps missing which is the cause of water going in.
The issue is I went on eBay, Amazon I could not find it. So I went to a Fiat dealer, they were joking to sell me 100 caps for £49.99!

Does anyone know the OEM number? because the Fiat won't give me the OEM number because did not want me to find somewhere else!

Look for ePER, it will allow you to check the parts' numbers based on the VIN.

There are a couple of versions available, depending on the production year and model.

often with the 199 body,
the leak is actually coming through the panel sealant, that's over 10 years old and cracked

My 2008 has that, my 2012 is still dry
