Not really it is simple enough if you know what you are doing.
Or you can let it do by a good workshop in 4-5 hours.
I choose a workshop to do it, not had the time and tools for it.

Nope, new one is more expensive.

Guys - Not much new on the wastegate that I have found and suspect mine will be worn as I have an occasional limp mode yet no CEL. I note there are a couple of kits but have also seen a company selling the Wastegate Flapper and bush - Has anyone experience of installing these parts?

Hi Guys - Has anyone removed a Twinair turbo themselves? Seems several have had replacements done by dealers but I haven't found any info on removing. Does the front end have to come off etc... Thx
