Warning lights

HI all
My 52 Fiata Punto, Active, 1242cc
Got these warning lights on my dash, when my engine if off and only off.

Red Oil can Low engine oil pressure & Amber EOBD engine control system.
Can not find anything to help, thinking maybe an earthing problem.

Can anyone help

By off I assume you mean the key is in and the engine isnt running, if your ignition is on then this is normal, and both lights extinguish once engine running assuming of course that your not having the usual Fiat problems like the rest of us, if they are illuminated whilst your not in the car and the keys are in your pocket then id go with bad earth or faulty alternator, im not an expert but I would start with the basic components that involve direct power.
