hi. the amber triangle with an exclamation mark cam on the dash board panel this morning. it said on the display that there was an issue with passenger window sensor. when i put the passenger window down all was well. when i closed it it went up a little and stopped then a bit more and stopped all the way to the top. i had to take my finger off the button and place back on again and again until it closed fully.

i guess what im asking is do you think some sort of sensor has gone/going and are they easy to replace and how much? any help appreciated. the warning triangle is constanly on though !!

cheers

Reckon the anti-pinch function is controlled and 'remembered' by the control unit within the door. Might be a control unit gone wrong, a motor on the way out or a wiring fault where the door joins the body. Sorry I can't be of more help...!

On second thoughts, you could swap the control unit from the LH door to the RH door to see if the fault swaps sides too. If the motor unbolts from the mechanism you could try the same.
