Technical Warning Light Occurs

Hi so sorry to bother you all
I have just purchased my 1st car 2nd hand and after my first week has gone so smoothly
I have just started getting the warning sign on my dashboard

Brake fluid is fine - not below nor above the max n min line. Checked.
and Handbrake is not in use when light occurs,

However I recently installed a new Cigerette lighter fitment,
Is there n e chance it could be due to this Random i know but have to ask,

Does it tend to come on when
A - going around corners
B - braking heavy
C - You shift quickly from reverse to forward (little wheel spin?)

As that light is for
The handbrake On warning
Brake fluid warning

Sometimes the fluid slosh's above the Filter thats in the neck of the brake fluid tank
As a result - it seems to slosh and trigger the light
So simply pop the cap off - pop the filter out and let it drain - pop filter back in

I just needed more fluid in mine, I find it best to shine a torch through it to gauge the level.

I had this problem once, and it was down to the bottle facing downwards too much as if some had messed with it, ziggy is right abouyt the fluid moving about which can sometimes trigger the warning light.

If you push the bottle up so its level like straight, can sovle it well it did for me

so if its slanting thne push it up.
