Hi, i have a silver fiat panda 169 in superb condition based in the Midlands but is that too far away from you

Not really, but I would prefer something that is cheaper to tax.
Early cars are full VED, eco I believe are @£30, but poorly EQUIPPED
Our 1.1 (2004) active had lots of kit for the money,
Family looked at a new ECO in 2010, and bought a KIA..
