Technical Voltage drop

My 2014 qubo battery drops below 12v when status monitoring sensor is connected is this normal.
I just purchased the car with only 18000 miles recently from a friend with parkinson's the garage that serviced it for him has fitted a none stop start battery so that will be changed.

Check if is everything is working from electrical point of view. Disconnect&reconnect the Blue@me module. Check if a device connected is not consuming power and also check the ground wire.
