Whenever I am driving at a relatively low speed or the speed of the car is decreasing sometimes the car judders violently and to stop it juddering I usually have to change gear. It's not like it's going to stall because it has done it when I have been in first. It only happens sometimes not all the time. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Appreciate any advice
Cheers

Hard to say for sure. I'd start looking at your ignition system checking you have good sparks at each plug. Then I'd be looking at compression testing.

My car has done this from new. My opinion, without any evidence, is that the ecu does not like this range.
It's easy to induce at low speed in first, by accelerating, then taking your foot off the accelerator pedal. Dipping the clutch gets rid of it.
It's a bit like like kangaroo driving when first learning

Thats exactly my experience you've just described.
