Styling Vinyl wrapping

Has anyone ever tried DIY vinyl wrapping? I am planning on giving it a go on my alloys and if anyone has advice please post will take pictures along the way and if it works ill post it as a rough guide since I dont think ive seen one

Dont think it'd work that well tbh
It gets most crap on - most abuse with heat etc, i think it'd end up peeling off very quickly

Used to have wrap on the wing mirrors, currently still have the stereo surround and ash tray wrapped. I have a spare wrapped reverse mirror but never bothered to put it on.

Bit of a pain on curves and the like. I'd rather plasti dip.

Edit: Oh and the petrol cap is wrapped still.

Ill give it a go anyway dont mind losing 20 pound and have some fun :-D good points though, I guess we will find out!
