I have a 2002 1.6 Fiat Stilo Dynamic. I'm missing the petrol flap and the ECU is showing false readings. I was wondering if anybody knows where I can get a replacement for each parts. Does anybody also know the price of replacing the ECU from a Fiat dealer??

Easy tiger! Don't rush into replacing the ECU. Could easliy be a spurious reading caused by (for example) a poor battery. For the petrol flap, try eBay, a scrappie or your friendly FIAT dealer (not necesarliy in that order).

Once you get a new petrol flap make sure you keep it greased! they are rubbish.

ECU replacement from fiat is around £600-£700 but may not need replacing, you got anymore info?

Thanks to you all. I have no new info other than every time that I turn the car on the message, "Engine Fault" keeps coming up, and the odd time my engine managment light and a wee screwdriver thingy pops up, there is the very rare occasion when none of this happens, the dealer who sold us the car is a del boy and refuses to help us even though the car was under warranty when we first complained. A mechanic said that the ecu will have to be sent to fiat to see if they can fix it, feels like im :bang: with this thing. Thanks also for advice bout petrol flap!! cheers again
