Re: UT Restoration, New Thread. UPDATED 27/06/08 COSSIE FUEL PUMP & LAGUNA SPLITTER!

LOL, cheers for your comments people :p

me, an attention whore? nah! ;)

but, i was genuinely interested to see if people still read the updates lol :)

Right, yesterday, sunday, i had another day on it :)

no piccies tho as it was all stuff that NEEDED to be done but wasnt picture worthy! I went round and checked over every Goodridge connector and tightened them all up accordingly. Then i shortened the fuel pump wiring and fitted some ring connectors onto the ends and wired up my new fuel pump. Did this all neatly using conduit etc. Connected the battery and taaaa daaaaa!! the fuel pump works perfectly :D

I also finished off fitting my perspex rear window which i left to dry before i can fit it properly with all the catches etc. Resprayed my drivers footwell as it was looking well tatty, cleaned all the interior out as that too was looking manky due to me getting in and out all the time doing this fuel system, and i refitted my drivers seat and harneses :D

so a very productive day! now im just gonna ring about getting my gearbox rebuilt this week :D
