that pipe needs a flange on it dont it? will blow off with boost?

you would also have to pay for travel down and back, and have me as a guest while i am welding it (unless you want to pay for 5 star hotels :D).

right, been spending again and i'm now the proud owner of a Radtech 70mm core RS500 cossie spec alloy intercooler. its bloody massive :eek:

im sure mr angle grinder will help me fit it tho :D

with this intercooler your are just teasing us mr uno turbo... But isn't it a bit big for the UT??? what to you intend on angel-grinding :eek:

yeah, it is a little big for the UT lol :D but i never do things by halfs! its gonna be pretty laggy, but then again i love turbo lag! adds to the fun :D

as for the angle grinder, just the centre bumper mounting point has to leave. nothing too major ;)

Unos are designed to be LHD. All the boosters on LHD cars are on the LHS of the car, bolted straight to the pedal box. When made RHD there is no room for the booster on turbo models on the RHS. They had to make the elaborate crossbar mechanism and fit it to the LHS side. Mk2 70sx also has it over there.
