Technical Using Fiat App in different regions.

Hello everyone.

I live in Israel and the Fiat App doesn’t available here. But I have it on my iPhone. So the question is: is is there any ways to connect my Fiat e500 3+1 in Israel? How does it works? Do I need to get any connection instruction from Fiat or I need to register somewhere in uconnect/fiat online service portal? Can I write to any global customer support to help me with this topic? Or is it totally impossible?

Hi, the normal process for markets with app support is that, on purchase of the car, the customer receives an email with activation codes to enable account registration and connect the app/car. I genuinely don't know how this process would compare in markets where the app isn't supported. I can think of a few reasons why the app (or car support) might not be available but an email to [email protected] might assist for some country specific Fiat app support.
