USB to OBD2 what software

Hi all

I have just bought a ELM327 lead with software from ebay but cannot connect it to my Multipla 1.9jtd 54 plate. Used it on the other car (2009 Picanto) without problems.

Has anyone had experience with an ELM327 lead working on a similar aged fiat jtd and if yes which software have you had success with?

I have been trying to use pcmscan and proscan5.0. pcmscan doesn't work on either vehicle but proscan works on the kia. i suspect pcmscan needs a usb to serial connection to work but i have no serial port anyway.

dave that software doesnt work with the 327 as i used to have it and sent it back to the seller and just bought a obd2 connector off ebay and used yani's which is cheaper
