Technical Usb port not working

When the radio comes on every few seconds it pops up saying device not compatible, I’ve tried a new usb port and it worked for a few minutes before the same problem came back. It’s a 2018 Fiat 500 pop, not the blue and me version. Has any seen this/know of a fix?

I have tried a few iPhones with usb or aux and a few cables but all the same issue, even with nothing plugged in it still happens

Hi, I am currently having the similar problem! Mine doesn’t recognise the usb all together, my phone will not even charge. I have cleaned the port and reset the head unit it’s self. I may try to pull the fuse for it and see if that works? My stereo is the large one on the facelift models. If anyone could help It would be really appreciated.
