So far, there is no evidence to suggest the two incidents are connected.

What distance is it from where you parked the car to where you found it?

I was about two blocks but it was on a pavement and vertically on the street. This means that the car had taken a 90 degrees turn.

sounds to me like they just lifted the car on a crane if it moved 90 degrees. i know in england anyway that if they have to move cars they take pictures first to prove the car wasnt damaged.. get onto the company who moved it and see if they took pictures

Two people could lift a Punto enough to turn it 90°. If they were Greek road workmen, there would have been lots of them there.

My friend here is Greece. The street police not only did put my car in a parked place but also did not took any picture of it. They have own trucks. Not even when i claimed my car gave me any paper to sign that they had delivered me the car. I had to apply for a check from their employees to opinion about the damage, if this is there fault or not, and i did applied because i had to have an evidence of this incident . Nobody supports me here, except friends i have put my question, because they do not what to get involved with a trial. So any evidence or proof with documentation i have would help me to claim part of my damage because my car is old and i could not take all the ammount needed for this damage. So any help is great for me.

I have found my wheel locked and the front wheels turned to the left. This perhaps means
a) that they may first tried to truck my cars by its wheels and when they locked they tried sth other like grapping the four wheels and place it in its place.
or
b) that they grabbed the four wheels with their truck and towed the car on its place but because they put it on this pavement they pushed the car or backwards of in front to its final position i have found it. But what is important is to have a sketch of what happens to the engine when turn reverse. Could one is available from the forun?

You have this the wrong way round

If the car was left in 1st gear and then towed with the drive wheels on the ground well above what the car can do in 1st gear (25mph?) then yes it will cause the engine to over rev - which could potentially cause it to have chucked oil out of the breathers.

It is not common practice to leave the drive wheels on the ground when towing though.
