Urgent Help

Can someone copy/write out of the fiat manual the bit of text that is under the glow plug sign.
My glow plug sign on the dash started blinking and I have the manual in Italian.

When the ignition key is turned to MAR. The light will go out when the glow plugs reach the prescribed temperature.

The warning light also has a diagnostic function and indicates faults in the glow plug system. The warning light will flash for 60 seconds at start up, or during prolonged cranking to signal a fault.

If the engine starts up you can use the car, but you should contact a Fiat Dealership to have the problem seen to.

I have the 60 sec interval blinking it just apeared.
So taking out the glow plugs tomorow

Hope you get it sorted mate, maybe a fiat diagnostic might be better at Fiat.

Hope its not related to the EGR?

Shouldent be, a few ppl I met have the EGR valves disconnected for years now and no problem. And I think the EGR sistem has no connection whit the plugs.
Will take them out and measure them, probably one of them is knackered - who knows if they where ever changed by the 1st owner
