Styling upgrading speedo

hey guys i just bought new speedo for ma punto basically one with rev counter and temprature. i know how it is fitted as i have read the threads on it but i vaguely remember someone saying something about putting the fuel needle on full or something could someone please enlighten me on this if i do need anything like that to be done or will it just wrk straight away

I can't think as to why you'd need to put the fuel nedel on full. Would have thought it would just be plug and play, esspecially if nedel always goes to '0' when key is removed from ignition anyways.

done this yesterday, keep ALL needles at 0! that way you get true readingd!
