Updating B&M 5.5

When I press the Windows button, I am not getting a beep to know that I can speak. I infer that the beep is silence and I give my voice commands and they work but I am trying to rectify this buy reinstalling B&M 5.5.

I think its a reinstall because I think I install 5.5 last year, however I keep getting USB error: 10. Trust me I have followed the instructions to the T and have employed all the suggestions of others.

Can you reinstall Blue & Me 5.5 ?

I don't think it is possible to re-install Blue&Me 5.5. However, you can reset it by disconnecting the car battery's negative terminal and re-connect it after about 10 minutes or so. However, you have to reset the date, time, etc. Try this, it may solve the problem.
