no mot yet lol ive not really touched the bloody thing :( got a nice new mountney corsa D steering wheel for it lol
im trying to sort out a new boot for it.
Im gunna do some rear arch work, i want to bring the arches in an inch or two and rust on the rear arch needs disappearing so i shall weld in some metal plates and then on goes the turbo arches to finish it the arches, then to sort the boot out, then side repeaters then drivers side door handle/lock/smoothing and then the original aerial mounting hole. the seats need welding in place and then i need 2 new tyres and the wheels want a nice repaint in anthracite, exhaust needs joining so it doesnt kock a little.
ALOT to do in other words! lol

Heres a few pics of the arches, dials and the interior at the moment (y)

lol i am, the MT5 is running perfectly, could do with new fork oil seals soon though

i found a tube coming from the back the tb, what is it? does it affect the tick over whilst cold?
The rear arches need abit of work but hopefully on my days off i can begin to get the front arches prepared and ready for some arch extensions.
Btw, the front arches seem long? they dont fit 100% is this due to i have a 45 bumper and not turbo one? but hey, maybe i'll get turbo front or just cut the arches to fit neatly

Not that difficult a job. As long as the fork stanctions aren't pitted then you just prise out the old seals and push in the new ones. You may have to unbolt the damper from inside the lower fork leg - been a long time since I did my H100 and my memory is hazy

No idea! It may have come from the back corner of the airbox (the same junction as where the cam breather pipe goes?) If it is it just recycles engine gases back into the inlet side of the engine to be recombusted. Either way, it should either be connected or blocked else you'll have an air leak causing a weak mixture.

Not sure on this one. Do you know if they are mk1 or mk2 arches? If they are mk1 they may be slightly different as I know there are differences between the mk1 and mk2 turbo front bumpers. If you're after mk2 arches I might be able to do you a swap! My mk2 70SX has arch extensions, but I'm after one for my mk1 70SX as the nearside rear arch is damaged. The mk2 arches I have are in good condition (y)

how can i tell if they are mk1 or mk2 arches lol?

The rear ones are easy. The mk2 arches have a little chunk in them that lines up with the side rubbing strips on the rear quarter and doors. The mk1 rear arches do not as they are completely round with no extra bits.

Didn't you buy them off Unoracer? I remember he broke a mk1 Uno 70SX, which could be where your arches came from?

I'll take some pics of mine too once I get a chance. Would definitely be interested in a swap (y)

Gav, here are pictures of the wheels arches on my mk1 and mk2 Unos. The rears are most definitely different, and the fronts less so. The red Uno is a mk1 and the black Uno is a mk2:
